My passion is helping others feel empowered and attuned to their body. How do I do that? By helping you show up for yourself like never before!
In 2015, when I was working as a nurse, I was exhausted and treating myself horribly. My job was consuming me. Sure, I was aware of all the things I “should” have been doing – eating regularly, getting exercise, taking time out for myself – but it never happened.
Sound familiar?
All around me I saw awesome men and women talking crap about their bodies, their eating habits, their minds, their relationships with others and themselves. On and on it went. It made me furious. So, after four years as a nurse, I changed lanes.
Obviously I already had a degree in nursing and during my career I’d specialized in neurology, neurosurgery, and other progressive care units. All that gave me insight into how people deal with their health (or not). Then I returned to study and earned my qualifications in health and lifestyle coaching and became a master NLP practitioner.
Now, I’m a total nerd when it comes to personal development, and my obsession is helping others feel whole while doing what they love with who they love.
I’ve been through the long nights, the crying kids, the tears from me, the debt, you name it. And I was able to come out of it in full alignment and attuned to my body with a deeper understanding of myself than I’d ever had before.
Now it’s my turn to help you do the same so you can love your body, who you are being in your body and finally have the confidence you desire and live your freaking life!

The resources cover a range of integrative nutrition topics: nutrition, physical activity & fitness, healthy relationships, career, money & mindset.
In other words, you’ll find guides and workbooks on healthy eating and meal planning, creating a fun and functional exercise routine, nontoxic household and personal care recommendations, self-care, goal planning and more!
Are the guides online or printable?
Most of the resources are accessible online, right from your computer, smartphone or tablet. The printable/fillable checklists and workbooks can be downloaded and used digitally or printed.
How frequently are new resources added?
New resources are added to the Wellness Library on an ongoing basis. You can anticipate something new being added weekly!
Do you update the guides with new information?
We update the guides periodically with new information or recommendations based on the latest evidence-based research. When that happens, we send a quick email to members with any updates you should know about.
Is this just for women?
Nope! While some of the resources are perhaps more relevant to women (and, most of our members are female), the Membership is for guys and non-binary folx to enjoy and use as well.
