Hi, I’m Becca!

As an RN for 7 years, I saw amazing people talking crap about their bodies, their eating habits, their minds, their relationships with others and themselves. On and on it went.

My nursing gave me insight into how people deal with their health (or not). So I returned to study and earned my qualifications as a certified health and lifestyle coach + became a master NLP practitioner (AKA master at behavior change!).

I’ve helped dozens of people struggling with this leave behind the mental exhaustion and overcome their sabotaging behavior so you can harness your inner badass and learn to be confident and in control of your long-term health and happiness.
