I know you’re already seeing an obnoxious amount of posts in your news feeds (and probably even your email) urging you to “make a resolution for the new year”, “get healthy this year”, “be better”, and crap like that. Am I right? Honestly, I think it gets rather annoying.
You know what you need to change to make next year successful.
At least you think you do. And no matter what the objection may be, you don’t need this extra guilt, shame and blame looming over you. I’m not a fan of it and I can almost guarantee you’re not either.

Just think about it…
How many years have you made a New Year’s resolution only to break it every chance you get? You see, a resolution implies there is something wrong. Something that needs to be resolved. That there’s a problem to begin with. I don’t know about you but I know I don’t want to start my New Year from a problem place.
When you start from a problem place, how are you supposed to move through it with positivity? Just thinking about it is already exhausting. And you haven’t even started to act on or find the solution yet.
I believe in starting from a solution place.
A resolved place. As though you are in your future and already have whatever it is you desire that made you make a New Year’s resolution in the first place.
My goal is to encourage my Tribe, clients, and loved ones to ditch the resolutions.
Adopt a Mantra.
Like one of these….. Or create your own!
Choose to be brave. Choose to be bold. Choose a Mantra.
Make this year your most meaningful year yet.
No matter how this year has gone for you, a fresh, new start is right around the corner!
